VPC CREATION

first setup vpc in us-west 2

Make sure to create the nat-gateway

Enable the auto-assign the public ip for only public subnet , because the eks creates the node groups that will create the ec2 instance

LAUNCHING THE EC2 FROM AMI

⦁ Sign In to the AWS Management Console ⦁ Go to the Amazon EC2 console and click on AMIs in the Images section on the left panel. ⦁ Select UBUTNU & click on Launch instance from AMI. ⦁ Select an Instance Type & Configure other Instance Details. ⦁ Launch instance

• That instance has all the deployment files that are needed to deploy in eks
• it would be best if you used only the praneeth directory
• go to that directory
